Who we are
This website is run by Wing San Hong Limited (WSH Shipping), registered in Hong Kong, at Shop 95, Basement, Manly Plaza, 995-997 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form or by email, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, and the details of your enquiry.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and, if you go ahead, to arrange the shipment. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.
Who sees it
The people at WSH Shipping who handle your enquiry. When a quote or booking needs it, we share the relevant details with the carriers, brokers, insurers or other service providers involved in your shipment. The companies that host our website and email process the data on our behalf. Messages reach us by email, in a mailbox hosted by Hostinger. The online form, when it is switched on, delivers to the same mailbox.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and form messages for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you go ahead with a job, we keep the records the law requires (tax, customs, accounting) for as long as it requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to delete it. Write to info@wshshipping.com.

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it has no analytics.
