What do you need from me to quote?

Can you prepare or check documents without handling the freight?
Yes. Letter of credit document checking and our other trade documentation services can be arranged on their own.
How do you move the cargo?
We book space and vessels with shipping lines, shipowners and airlines, and coordinate the work at each end. Licensed work, such as customs brokerage abroad, goes through licensed partners.
Do you arrange insurance?
Yes, with insurers. We are not an insurer ourselves. See marine cargo insurance.
Can you clear customs?
We coordinate Hong Kong import and export declarations, and arrange clearance abroad through licensed customs brokers. See Hong Kong trade declarations.
Which Incoterm should I use?
It depends on how much of the transport and the risk you want to control. Our Incoterms 2020 guide sets out each rule. The choice belongs in your sale contract.
Can you ship dangerous goods?
Yes, through licensed handlers and carriers that accept the class. Send the safety data sheet with your enquiry. See dangerous goods.
Is there a tracking portal?
No. We send updates by email at each stage of the shipment.
