How we work
Six stages, from the first email to the last document. Each one is confirmed in writing, so there is a record of what was agreed.

- 01
Enquiry
You tell us what needs to move, or which documents need preparing.
What we need from you
- Cargo, weight and volume
- Origin and destination
- Ready date
- The Incoterm, and letter of credit terms if any
- 02
Questions
If the price depends on something we do not know yet, we ask before we quote, not after.
What we need from you
- Answers to our questions
- Any document or term the contract already fixes
- 03
Quote, in writing
We reply by email with the routing, what is included, what is not, and the cost.
What we need from you
- Your decision, and any changes to dates or cargo
- 04
Booking and documents
We book the space or the vessel, and prepare or check the documents the shipment needs.
What we need from you
- Shipper, consignee and notify party details
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- The credit, if payment is by letter of credit
- 05
Shipment and updates
We coordinate collection, loading and the export side, and send updates by email at each stage.
What we need from you
- Notice of any change at your end
- 06
Delivery and close
We see the cargo through to delivery and the paperwork through to the end: documents released, statements settled.
What we need from you
- Confirmation of receipt
- Any claim, reported as soon as damage is found
Licensed work, through licensed partners
Some work in shipping needs a licence: customs brokerage abroad, dangerous goods handling, insurance. We arrange it with licensed brokers, handlers and insurers, and we say so on the quote.
Send us the details.
Tell us the cargo, the route and the dates. We will reply by email with what we can arrange.
