Cargo protection
Most shipments arrive as they left. For the ones that do not, cover and evidence make the difference. We arrange both.

Marine cargo insurance
Cover for goods in transit, arranged with insurers.
When to use it
Whenever the risk is yours under the Incoterm, and always when the contract or credit requires an insurance certificate, as CIF and CIP do.
What we handle
- Obtaining quotes from insurers
- Arranging the policy or certificate in the form the contract or credit requires
- Making sure the insured value and the documents match
What to send us for a quote
- Cargo description and value
- Route and mode
- The Incoterm
- Any cover terms in the contract or credit
We arrange cover with insurers. We are not an insurer.
Inspection and cargo survey
Independent inspection of goods before shipment, at loading, or on arrival.
When to use it
When a buyer, bank or contract asks for an inspection certificate, or when you want an independent record of quantity and condition.
What we handle
- Engaging independent inspection companies or surveyors
- Agreeing the scope and timing
- Passing the report and certificate into the document set
What to send us for a quote
- What must be checked (quantity, quality, packing, loading)
- Where and when
- Any standard named in the contract
Claims documentation
The paperwork an insurance or carrier claim needs, put together in order.
When to use it
When cargo arrives damaged, short or not at all.
What we handle
- Advising on the first steps on arrival
- Arranging a survey through independent surveyors
- Collecting the documents an insurer or carrier asks for
- Putting the claim file in order
What to send us for a quote
- The bill of lading or air waybill
- The insurance certificate
- Photos and the delivery receipt noting the damage
- The commercial invoice
Send us the details.
Tell us the cargo, the route and the dates. We will reply by email with what we can arrange.
