From enquiry to delivery
- 1You send the details. Cargo, weight and volume, origin, destination, ready date and the terms of sale.
- 2We ask what is missing. If a quote depends on something you have not told us, we ask before we price.
- 3We reply with what we can arrange. Routing, the documents needed, and the cost, in writing.
- 4You confirm, we book. We book the space or the vessel and prepare the documents.
- 5We keep you informed. Updates by email at each stage, until the cargo is delivered and the paperwork is closed.

What we need to quote
A good quote starts with good details. Send as many of these as you have:
- Cargo description and HS code if known
- Weight and volume (or container type and number)
- Origin and destination, as ports or full addresses
- Date the cargo is ready
- Incoterm (for example FOB or CIF)
- Anything special: dangerous goods, temperature, size, value
