Air freight
When the arrival date matters more than the freight cost, cargo goes by air. We book the flights, prepare the air waybill and track the cargo to delivery.

3.1
General air cargo
Scheduled air freight for most kinds of goods.
When to use it
High-value, perishable or time-sensitive goods, and samples or spare parts that cannot wait for a vessel.
What we handle
- Booking space with airlines
- Collection and delivery to the airport
- The air waybill and export documents
- Updates by email
- Delivery at destination if required
What to send us for a quote
- Number of pieces, dimensions and weight of each
- Cargo description
- Origin and destination airports or addresses
- Ready date
3.2
Urgent and time-critical shipments
For shipments that must move on the earliest suitable flight.
When to use it
A production line waiting for a part, a missed vessel, or a deadline written into a contract.
What we handle
- Finding the earliest suitable flight we can book
- Collection as soon as the cargo is ready
- Documents prepared in advance
- Updates at each stage
What to send us for a quote
- Everything for general air cargo, plus the date the cargo must arrive and the reason, so we can weigh the options
3.3
Sea-air through Hong Kong
Cargo moves by sea to Hong Kong, then onward by air.
When to use it
When sea freight is too slow and air freight from origin is too costly, sea-air sits between the two on both time and cost.
What we handle
- The sea leg to Hong Kong
- Transfer to the airport
- The onward air booking
- One set of updates across both legs
What to send us for a quote
- Cargo details as for air cargo
- Origin port
- Final destination
- The date the cargo must arrive
Send us the details.
Tell us the cargo, the route and the dates. We will reply by email with what we can arrange.
